Derech is a new community space in Emek Hefer. The space hosts breathwork and mindfulness workshops, meditation, and cold exposure, alongside Friday dinners, live music, and singing circles. A place to gather, breathe, and reconnect.

דרך הוא מרחב חדש שנולד מתוך רצון ליצור בית קהילתי לאנשים שבתהליך התפתחות אישית ורוחנית. מקום שמזמין להאט, להתכנס ולחוות ביחד. הסטודיו מארח כ-15-20 איש, וגינה ירוקה משמשת המשך טבעי למפגשים תחת כיפת השמיים.
Derech is a community home for people on a journey of personal and spiritual growth. It offers a warm and equipped studio alongside a lush green garden that naturally extends the space outdoors creating an inviting setting for workshops, gatherings, meaningful conversations, and connection under the open sky.

Hi, I'm Osher Daniel. I combine Wim Hof breathwork, sound healing, aromatherapy and ice baths to create a safe space where you can pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. I believe the body can heal itself when given the right conditions.
היי, אני מיקה דהרי, מורה לויניאסה־אשטנגה ורוקט. צועדת בדרך היוגה כבר למעלה מעשור ומוסמכת ללמד יוגה לנשים בהריון ולאחר לידה. ההוראה שלי מושפעת גם מהאתה ומיין יוגה, עם דגש על נשימה, נוכחות, דיוק והקשבה לגוף.
Hi, I'm Mika Dahari, a Vinyasa-Ashtanga and Rocket yoga teacher. I've been walking the path of yoga for over a decade, and I'm certified to teach prenatal and postnatal yoga. My teaching is also influenced by Hatha and Yin yoga, with an emphasis on breath, presence, precision and listening to the body.
